At Expo, we're proud to be home to so many of the people who keep Minneapolis moving, including students! The ExpoU Program is our way of recognizing some of the brightest minds that power our communities.

Program Incentives:

Qualified students who sign a lease at Expo will receive:

  • Administrative Lease Fee of $150, credited back after move-in
  • Application Fee of $50, credited back after move-in

How to Participate:

  1. 1 Apply for Your Selected Home
  2. 2 Mention the ExpoU Program
  3. 3 Provide Current Proof of Enrollment
  4. 4 Credits are Applied after Move-In

Qualifying Colleges + Universities:

Students from the following schools are eligible:
